Do I really need conditioner if I already use beard oil?

Yes — conditioner works in the shower to replace what washing strips out. Oil is a separate, daily leave-in step after you're dry.

How long should I leave it in?

About 1–2 minutes before rinsing, longer if your beard runs coarse or dry.
