Beard Wash

Regular shampoo strips the natural oils your beard needs — beard wash is built to clean without doing that. A gentle, sulfate-conscious formula made with organic aloe vera juice and hemp seed oil that clears dirt, sweat, and product buildup without drying out the skin underneath. Every Palmetto State Grooming beard wash is hand-poured in small batches in South Carolina. Follow with conditioner and beard oil, and make it part of the routine.

How often should I wash my beard?

Our Daily Beard Wash is gentle enough to use every day. Most guys do well washing a few times a week and after heavy sweat, then following with oil.

Is this safe for sensitive skin?

It's formulated without harsh sulfates that typically trigger irritation and dryness. If you're sensitive to fragrance, try the Scentless version and patch test first.

Do I need to use conditioner too?

We recommend it. Wash removes buildup; conditioner replaces the moisture that washing takes out.
