Collection: Sugar Scrub

Sugar scrub is the step before lotion — a gentle exfoliant that clears away dead skin, smooths rough patches, and preps your skin to actually absorb the moisturizer you put on after it. Every Palmetto State Grooming sugar scrub is hand-poured in small batches in South Carolina with real sugar and coconut oil, so it exfoliates without over-scrubbing your skin raw. Use it 2–3 times a week in the shower, follow with lotion or body butter, and make it part of the routine.

How often should I use a sugar scrub?

2–3 times a week. Daily use can be too abrasive for most skin types.

Will it dry out my skin?

No — it's oil-based, so it exfoliates while moisturizing at the same time, unlike some salt scrubs.

Any allergy considerations?

Yes — this scrub contains coconut oil (a tree nut oil for labeling purposes). We recommend a patch test before first use if you have tree nut sensitivities.
